Jane Zhu

Assistant Director of Finance - As the Assistant Director of Finance for the School of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies, Deqin (Jane) Zhu manages financial operations and provides strategic oversight to ensure the school’s long-term fiscal health and stability. She is responsible for overseeing and approving unit expenditures, maintaining an understanding of foundation accounts and scholarship expenditures, and guiding the annual budgeting process. Jane also establishes effective budget reporting procedures and provides budget projections to assist the director in making informed, fiscally responsible decisions for the school. Jane holds a PhD in Atmospheric Science, earned in 2007, and a Master's degree in Accounting, earned in 2014.
