Caitlin Woods

Caitlin Woods (She/They) is an M.A. student in the Theatre & Performance Studies program here at the University of Maryland. Caitlin was born and raised in Maryland, beginning in Prince George's County and ending up in Anne Arundel. She received her B.A. in theatre from Washington College in 2021 with a certification in teaching for grades 7-12. Since then, she has worked locally in tech theatre and theatre education both in schools and with regional theatre companies. She currently serves as tech director for Southern High School's drama company in Harwood, MD (her alma mater!) in addition to her graduate assistantship at UMD. 

Caitlin's current research interests include the intersection of theatre education and making/consuming art based upon women's lived experiences.
